In this section, you will find more detailed information about the current benefit for sellers, which allows you to get part of the value of the product that was damaged during shipping due to the fault of the couriers or the customer.
Basic rules for receiving benefits:
1. The seller must have the status of "Top Seller" on the day when the order was made or:
1.1. Seller must pack on EUR pallet according to rules
2. When packing the shipment, the seller must follow the package packing rules, which can be found HERE.
3. Before sending the product, the seller must upload photos of the packaging to the RRR / Ovoko business management system.
3.1 Photos of the packaging must meet the requirements, the product is photographed, the product is packed with visible padding material and the final appearance of the shipment.
4. It must be possible to submit a claim to the parcel service, without submitting a claim, compensation is not possible.
4.1 The claim is not made if the packaging of the shipment is poor and does not meet the requirements.
4.2 If the shipment is returned without reaching the recipient, the seller must inform about the damage within 14 calendar days from the return of the product.
4.3 If the seller issues the invoices himself, an invoice must be attached to the order.
4.4 After delivery of the product, it is mandatory to provide photos of damage to the product as proof, this can be done by the buyer or the seller.
5. The benefit does not apply to orders from other sales channels (eBay, Allegro) and personal shipments.
How to get compensation:
1. The buyer, upon receiving the product and noticing that it was damaged during transportation, contacts us and sends photos of the damage, if the seller has met the requirements, the compensation is sent to the accounting department.
2. If the buyer first informs the seller after receiving the damaged product, he must inform and transmit the damage information and photos to RRR | For the Ovoko team.
3. If the buyer sends the damaged item back after receiving it, the seller must take photos and transmit the damage information and photos to RRR | For the Ovoko team.
4. If the sent item was not collected and the seller received it damaged, it is also mandatory to take photos of the damage and send them to RRR | For the Ovoko team.
How compensation will be received and paid:
1. RRR / Ovoko undertakes to provide compensation of 50% of the value of the damaged goods excluding VAT, but not more than EUR 300 excluding VAT.
2. RRR / Ovoko reserves the right to evaluate the quality of the packaging of the shipment and the possibility of providing compensation to the seller.
3. The received compensation will be visible in the monthly invoice sent to the sellers, which will have an additional line next to the service fee.
4. If the submitted claim for damages is accepted and the compensated amount of the claim exceeds 300 EUR excluding VAT, the seller is paid the remaining amount from the already compensated amount of 300 EUR excluding VAT.
