From now on, every seller will be able to monitor not only sales, but also the percentage of cancellations and returns in their system. Below you will find the most important information about these statistics.
In the return statistics, you can monitor the curve of the percentage of returns in your account, it is very important to mention that only returns because of sellers fault are counted in this graph for fallowing reasons:
- Item not as described
- Part is not working
- I did not receive part
- Quality not acceptable
- Received wrong item
- Damaged in shipping
In this case, your seller rating suffers when the customer raises a return. The fault is calculated for the month in which the sale was made, not when the returns was opened.
According to the contract, if the allowed percentage is exceeded, a tax of +5% for final value fee can be added to your invoice.
In the cancellation statistics, you can see all the items that you have canceled for reasons such as:
- Item is out of stock
- Damaged in warehouse
- Defects were not described in the ad
- Part cancelled due to inactivity
In these cases, canceling orders will affect your rating as a seller and the conditions specified in the contract will apply.
