Ovoko PRO officially launches in September 2026. Sellers can apply starting May 2026.

May 2026 - testing with a small selected group of buyers.

July - August 2026 - testing with a broader group of business clients.

September 2026 - registration for "Ovoko Pro" opens to all business clients. The Ovoko Business team will review applications and grant access only to clients with recurring demand.

What is Ovoko PRO?

Ovoko PRO is a program that connects TOP sellers with professional buyers — workshops, garages, fleets, remanufacturers, and parts resellers. PRO sellers commit to a higher service standard. In return, they get priority placement in front of the PRO buyers who order most often and at the highest value on Ovoko.

Who are PRO buyers?

PRO buyers are vetted, VAT-registered businesses with recurring demand — buyers who order at least every 30 days and come from core industries: workshops, garages, fleets, remanufacturers, and parts resellers. They are the buyers driving the largest share of business clients growth on Ovoko, and they are the ones who come back month after month.

• Minimum 15% discount on PRO orders. Professional buyers expect volume pricing. A 15% floor signals that you take the segment seriously.
• Extended 30-day returns. Workshops cannot always check parts on the day they arrive. The longer return window builds trust and removes purchase friction.
• Priority dispatch. PRO orders ship before standard orders. Speed is one of the biggest drivers of repeat purchases from professional buyers.

How it works — 3 steps

1. Apply. Only TOP sellers can apply, through the settings menu. By applying, you agree to the PRO commitments: minimum 15% discount on PRO orders, extended 30-day returns, and priority dispatch.
2. Get reviewed. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours.
3. Get ready for launch. Once approved, you become a PRO seller. Your offers begin appearing in front of PRO buyers as the buyer side activates.
