Your tier on Ovoko is based on monthly performance. Learn what the three tiers are, how each metric is measured, and what your tier means for your account.
Seller tiers
There are three tiers on the platform:
Top Seller — high-performing sellers who meet all five requirements
Standard — the default tier for sellers in good standing
Below Standard — sellers who have exceeded one or more negative thresholds
Performance requirements
Requirements are assessed monthly.

To reach Below Standard, exceeding any one of the three percentage thresholds — Seller Cancellation Rate, Seller Return Rate, or Refunded Dispute Rate — is enough. Overdue Dispatch Rate applies only to Top Seller eligibility — it does not affect Standard or Below Standard classification.
What each metric means
Seller Cancellation Rate
The share of your orders that are cancelled by you or cancelled automatically due to inactivity.
Seller Return Rate
The share of orders returned by the buyer where the selected return reason implies seller error — for example, wrong part, not as described, or defective item.
Refunded Dispute Rate
The share of returns you disputed that resulted in a buyer refund.
Overdue Dispatch Rate
The share of orders shipped after the expected dispatch deadline. Applies to Top Seller eligibility only.
Return reason policy
The return reason selected by the buyer at the time of the return request is final.
The reason cannot be changed after the buyer submits the return request
The selected reason is what counts toward your Seller Return Rate
If a return reason looks incorrect, raising a dispute is not the right step. A dispute that escalates to Ovoko counts toward your Refunded Dispute Rate — which has a stricter threshold than Seller Return Rate and a lower ceiling for Top Sellers. Dispute only when you have clear evidence and a legitimate case.
Top Seller benefits
As a Top Seller, you receive:
Higher placement in search results — Top Seller listings rank more prominently across the platform, increasing visibility to buyers
A Top Seller badge displayed next to your name in search results and on product listings
Additional package insurance — 50% of the value of courier-caused damage claims covered, up to €300 per order. See Additional package insurance for Top Sellers.
Below Standard consequences
If you are in the Below Standard tier, your success fee increases to 15% (versus the standard 10%).
If performance does not improve within three months, account suspension may follow.
