What is Fulfillment?
Fulfillment means handing over your entire logistics chain to us. We receive your goods, store them, pack and ship them to the end customer — including handling returns and inquiries. You focus exclusively on what matters: expanding your catalogue and growing your sales.
Why France?
France is Ovoko's largest market and the biggest used car parts market in Europe. Our Fulfillment Center in Paris gives you direct access to that demand — without setting up a local business, without your own logistics, and without additional operational costs.
French buyers receive next-day delivery on orders placed before 5:00 PM. This is the standard that builds trust and directly drives conversions. Local shipping costs are lower than international ones — giving you an additional edge over the competition.
70% of fulfillment sales are domestic deliveries within France. The program doesn't shift your existing sales — it generates new, incremental demand.
Unlock the Hidden Potential of Your Warehouse
Have parts that haven't moved in years? That's not a product problem — it's an availability problem. During our pilot, parts that had gone unsold for years started selling within weeks of being moved to the Fulfillment Center.
Local presence changes everything. Three factors that drive sales:
- Next-day delivery — orders placed before 5:00 PM arrive the next business day
- Lower shipping costs — domestic delivery is cheaper than international, giving you an advantage over sellers outside France
- The local seller effect — French buyers consciously prefer products available locally
What Do You Gain?
More Sales Higher sell-through rates, faster inventory turnover, and access to the largest used parts market in Europe.
Free Up Your Warehouse Move part of your inventory to us — and open up space for new stock.
Zero Local Operational Costs You pay only for storage and fulfillment. Packing, shipping, returns handling — all on our side.
Scale Without Risk No investment in local infrastructure. No employees abroad. A proven model with documented results.
How It Works — 3 Steps
1. Select Your Inventory and Order Crates We provide dedicated 60×40×20 cm crates. You choose which parts to send and set your prices. Pack the crates efficiently — the better the fill, the lower the unit cost.
2. Label and Pack Every part must be clearly labelled. Shipments are processed in full pallet units — 40 crates per pallet.
3. Collection and Transport to France We collect the finished pallets from your warehouse. From that point on, the entire logistics process is in our hands.
