In order to ensure a good customer experience on the platform, we will start applying clause 5.1 of the service agreement from this month. Which indicates that sellers exceeding 3% of the number of canceled orders will be classified as "Below Standard" sellers.
If the number of your canceled orders exceeds 3% per month, the account will be assigned to the "Below Standard" level and you will be subject to the service agreement 5.1. measures specified in point
Exceptions apply to new accounts that have been registered for less than 90 days, as well as sellers that have only one cancellation per month.
You can find the number of your canceled orders in the monthly email with your account statistics.
