to simplify management of its agreements, Ovoko UAB is switching from paper Agreements to electronic Terms of Service (available here) from 08 August 2022.
From now on, all users of the services provided by Ovoko UAB will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Terms of Service before logging into the system.
These Terms of Service will be effective for you from 08 August 2022, unless an earlier version of the Services Agreement has been signed and forwarded before 08 August 2022.
If you have signed the Agreement less than 12 months after the expiry of the Services Agreement, these Terms of Service will automatically come into force without any separate notice from Ovoko UAB.
If your Services Agreement was concluded before 14 August 2021, these Terms of Service will take effect from 15 August 2022.
The Terms of Service are substantially the same as in the previous version of the Agreement, and there are no changes to the Service Rates and basic terms of use of the Services.
Additionally included in the Terms of Service (if not included in the version of the Agreement you signed):
- A revised and unified minimum period for returning goods – 14 days after receipt
- Annex 4 – Data Transfer Agreement
- A detailed information on the processing of personal data
- The cancellation of the validity period of the Agreement and the Terms of Service will remain in force for an indefinite period.
