We would like to inform you about the working hours of the couriers during the upcoming holidays.
DPD, Venipak, Fedex, UPS couriers will not work on December 25 and 26.
Schenker will not collect parcels from 21.12.2023 to 01.01.2024, so the nearest collection of parcels is expected only on 02.01.2024. We encourage you to give the parcels to Schenker couriers in order of priority before the holidays so that there are no unclaimed parcels. We will ship all newly received orders after the festive period.
UAB Ovoko's team will not work from 25.12.2023 to 01.01.2024.
We remind you that if you do not work for a certain period, you should set the vacation mode.
You can do this in your account by clicking "Settings" -> Vacation mode.
Enter the date from when until when you will be on vacation and click "Save changes"
