How to call a courier to collect parcels?
- Courier can be called on the page “orders” -> “Unfulfilled orders”-> by pressing the “call courier“ button on the top right side of the page.
How do I make sure the courier has been called to collect orders?
- After successfully calling the courier (pressing courier call button), the time of the request is immediately displayed and recorded.
Which courier will come to collect the parcels?
- After clicking “call courier” the information is displayed below, and you will see which courier will come
IMPORTANT – In the case of a UPS provider, if your scrapyard is in a remote area, it is possible that a local provider will come to collect UPS parcels instead.
IMPORTANT – DB Schenker Courier is called automatically after you print the label, it might not be visible in the list.
When should I call the courier, so that parcels would be picked up the same day?
- Venipak - For big cities before 3 p.m., districts, villages, municipalities, you must call the courier before 9 a.m.
- UPS - For big cities before 2 p.m., districts, villages, municipalities, regions, you must call the courier before 10 a.m., in which case Venipak will come to pick up UPS shipments.
- DPD - For large cities by 3 p.m., districts, villages, municipalities, you must call the courier by 11 a.m.
- Schenker - Orders will be collected the next working day.

LT - Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus, Marijampole, Tauragė, Telšiai, Utena.

- Yes, couriers come to collect those packages for which a request has been made. If you have a lot of daily shipments, it is recommended to press the courier call button twice a day.
IMPORTANT - When your package is collected by the courier - mark it in the system that it has been collected.
