How to request truck for EURO pallet collection?

If you have an order that must be transported on the EURO pallet, for example: engine, gearbox, differential, etc. A car with a lift is required.


In order to call the cargo for a shipment in the DPD order window, you need to mark this shipment as a pallet.
1. Click "Edit parcel data".


2. Select one of the palette types and click save.

3. Print the package sticker, stick it on the package and call the courier.


After a successful call, you should see a truck icon in the backlog window.
