Dangerous goods marking
We would like to inform you not to pack your parcels in packages marked with dangerous goods labels. Such shipments are subject to delays, which can result in longer delivery times and additional charges. Do not try to hide such markings under black film as the customer may use the same box for return without hiding the markings.
Example:
Please note before packing the product whether it bears one of the following markings. If any of these markings or similar markings are observed, do not pack the goods in such packaging.
Shipment labels
We have noticed that some parcels have poorly applied stickers, folded barcodes or poorly printed labels that do not show the barcode. If you find that you have printed a bad sticker, do not use it and print a new one so that it is easy to scan and to see what is written on it.
If you are using secondary packaging, make sure you check the packaging for other parcel labels at all times, and if there are any, make sure you peel them off or cross them out with a marker to make it easier for the couriers to identify the parcel and for the parcel to get through without any tricks.
