An EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) code is an identification number used by customs authorities across the EU. Every business that exports goods outside the EU needs one — and on Ovoko, it's what allows your parts to ship to non-EU buyers.
If your company already imports or exports goods, you most likely have an EORI code — check with your accountant or whoever handles your customs matters. If not, you can get one from the customs authority in your country. Registration is a one-time step, free of charge in most countries, and usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few working days. The code is valid across the whole EU and never expires — you only ever need one.
