You can withdraw your available balance to a connected bank account at any time directly from the Finance tab.
How to withdraw
Log in to your Ovoko account and go to the Finance tab
Find the wallet you want to withdraw from
Click Withdraw
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm the withdrawal
Withdrawals can take up to 5 business days to arrive in your bank account.
Adding or updating your bank account
Before adding a bank account
Each currency wallet — EUR, PLN, and RON — requires its own connected bank account. When adding an account, make sure it accepts the same currency as the wallet it's connected to.
Important to know: If your bank account only accepts one currency, your bank will convert incoming funds at its own exchange rate. This rate may differ from the market rate and may include additional bank fees.
To add or update bank account details:
Go to the Finance tab
Find the relevant wallet
Click the edit icon next to the connected bank account
Only the company owner or legal representative can make changes to bank account details. You will be asked to confirm the change via SMS code.
Troubleshooting
My withdrawal hasn't arrived
Check your bank statements from the withdrawal date to today. If the funds haven't arrived after 5 business days, submit a support request and include:
The date the withdrawal was initiated
Screenshots of your bank statement showing all incoming payments from that date
My withdrawal failed
Your funds remain in your wallet if a withdrawal fails. Common reasons:
The bank account number was blocked by the payment provider
The bank account currency does not match the wallet currency
Check your connected bank account details in the Finance tab and try again. If the issue continues, submit a support request.
I can't see my available balance
Funds remain in your pending balance for 7–8 days from delivery before moving to available. If you believe funds should have moved but haven't, submit a support request.
