The Ovoko Wallet is a real-time earnings account where your income from sales is collected, tracked, and made available for withdrawal to your bank account. It replaces the previous manual monthly payout process.
Your wallets
Your account includes up to three currency wallets — Euro (EUR), Polish Zloty (PLN), and Romanian Leu (RON). Each wallet shows its available balance, pending balance, and total balance. Non-EUR wallets also show an approximate EUR equivalent.
Each wallet has a connected bank account for withdrawals. Bank account details can be added or updated in the Finance tab. Only the company owner or legal representative can make changes to bank account details.
Who has access to the wallet
Wallet access is role-based. Two roles have access to the Finance tab:
Owner — full access, including adding or updating bank account details and initiating withdrawals.
Accountant — can view wallet balances and transaction history. Cannot change bank account details.
Roles are managed in your account settings.
Your two balances
Each wallet shows two balances:
Pending balance — funds reserved from recent sales. When a buyer pays, the amount appears here immediately. Funds are held in pending for 7–8 days from delivery to cover any potential returns or refunds. If a refund is issued, it is deducted from this balance.
Available balance — fully settled funds, ready to withdraw. Once the pending period ends and no issues have been raised, funds move here automatically. Refunds are never deducted from your available balance.
How your earnings move
Buyer pays — funds appear in your pending balance immediately
Platform fees are deducted at the point of sale — your pending balance already reflects the net amount
After 7–8 days from delivery with no issues, funds move to your available balance automatically
You withdraw from your available balance to your connected bank account at any time
Transaction history
The Finance tab shows a full record of all wallet activity under Recent activities. Each transaction includes:
Date — when the transaction occurred
Transaction ID — unique identifier for each transaction
Transaction direction — Inflow (money coming in) or Outflow (money going out)
Type — Sale, Refund, Payout, or Conversion
Description — order ID or conversion details
Currency — the currency of the transaction
Gross part amount — total value of parts in the order including fees
Gross shipping amount — shipping costs
Gross transaction amount — combined total of parts and shipping
Platform deducted — Ovoko fees applied (success fee, transaction fee, VAT on fees, shipping fee where applicable)
Net transaction — the amount that reached your wallet after fees
Balance — your wallet balance after this transaction
Important to know
The wallet only holds earnings — it cannot be topped up manually
Only the company owner or legal representative can add or update bank account details
If your bank account only accepts one currency, your bank will apply its own conversion rate when funds arrive in a different currency
Currency conversion between wallets is not available yet
For refunds, the success fee and shipping fee are returned to you since the sale did not complete, but the transaction fee is not refunded as it covers payment processing costs
