Ovoko Wallet:
A Ovoko Wallet is a secure wallet where the seller:
- Receives all earnings from sold items.
- View all funds in one place.
- Withdraw funds directly to the bank account.
NOTE: You cannot top it up right now - it’s only there to store earnings.
Receiving earnings from sold items:
- Buyer pays for an item, sale appears under ‘Pending’ status in the seller’s SaaS account, Finances tab.
- Buyer has 14 days from delivery date to ensure that there are no issues with the item or submit their claim.
- Funds will be held in a pending status for a period of 15 to 18 days before the seller can initiate a withdrawal from their available wallet.
- If everything is okay or if an issues is raised and resolved. Order is completed, payment moves to ‘Available’ status.
- Once the payment is available in the seller’s wallet, the money would be withdraw to seller’s bank account.
About our payment service providers
Ovoko Wallet is provided as a financial service by our Payment Service Provider, Mangopay. The payment service provider process your payment and offer you the Ovoko Wallet service.
When you activate your Ovoko Wallet as a seller, you accept the terms and conditions of Mangopay.
Mangopay SA is a limited-liability company registered in Luxembourg (registration number: B173459).
It’s an electronic money institution licenced and regulated by the supervisor of the financial sector Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier of Luxembourg. Mangopay’s registered office is at 2 Avenue Amélie, L-1125 Luxembourg.
