Once your Allegro account is connected, sales and deactivations are synced automatically between Ovoko and Allegro.
What syncs
If a part sells on Ovoko or any other connected sales channel, it is automatically removed from Allegro. If it sells on Allegro, it is automatically removed from Ovoko. You don't need to manage availability manually across platforms.
The same applies if you deactivate or remove a listing on Ovoko — it is taken down on Allegro as well.
The reverse is different. If a listing is deleted directly in Allegro, or if you set your Allegro account to vacation mode, Ovoko can't determine what happened to the part. Those parts appear in Parts stock audit for you to review and decide whether they're still available for sale.
What doesn't sync
Price and description changes made in Ovoko are not automatically pushed to Allegro. If you update a part's price or details in Ovoko, you need to update the Allegro listing separately — go to the listing's Allegro settings and make the change there.
Important to know
Ovoko reservations are not currently synced. A part reserved by a buyer on Ovoko will not be automatically removed or suspended on Allegro until the sale is completed.
After disconnecting. If you disconnect your Allegro account, Ovoko stops tracking your Allegro listings. Sales that happen on Allegro after disconnection will not update your Ovoko inventory.
