If you already have parts in Ovoko that aren't yet on Allegro, use this method to push them across — individually or in bulk. For new parts you're adding to Ovoko for the first time, Single Part Upload lets you list on Allegro in the same step.
Publishing an individual listing
In the left navigation, under Allegro integration, click Inactive listings. This opens the Allegro Overview — click the Inactive card to go to the Listing management page.
Use the filters to find the part you want: search by Listing ID or title, filter by listing status, or use Advanced search. To include parts without a price in the results, check Show parts without prices.
Click the ⋮ menu next to the part and select Edit listing.
Review and complete the listing form. Most fields are pre-filled from your Ovoko data and preset settings:
Title — auto-generated from your preset. Maximum 75 characters; shorten if needed.
Price, Duration time, Dispatch time — pre-filled from your general settings. Adjust if needed.
Documents — select the invoice type for this listing.
Delivery price list — pre-filled from your shipping rules. Change if a different rule applies.
Description template — pre-filled from your preset. You can switch templates or preview the description before publishing.
Category information — Category, Condition, Car type, and Part manufacturer are required and mostly pre-filled. Check for any additional required fields that are category-specific (for example, Installation side for body parts) — these won't be pre-filled and need to be completed before the listing can be created.
Shipping, warranty and return policies — pre-filled from your preset.
Dispatch information — Country, City, and Zip code, pre-filled from your General settings dispatch address.
5. Click Create. A confirmation message confirms the listing draft has been created and is queued for publishing — it should appear on Allegro within a few minutes.
For active listings, the ⋮ menu also shows View Allegro listing (opens the live listing on Allegro) and Deactivate (takes the listing offline without deleting it).
You can also publish a part directly from its individual listing page in Ovoko — use the Allegro button on that page.
Bulk publishing
To publish multiple listings at once, select them using the checkboxes in the Listing management view — or use Select all to select everything on the page. Then click Activate (X) in the top right, where X is the number of selected listings.
After activating, you'll see a summary of results: which listings were sent to Allegro successfully and which failed, with listing IDs listed for each. Listings that failed can be opened individually via Edit listing to identify and fix the issue.
You can also use Price change to update prices across multiple listings in one action.
Important to know
Once live, you can click the Allegro button on a part's listing page to view it on Allegro directly.
Active listings remain visible until the part is sold or you deactivate it.
What if...
I get an error saying the part doesn't meet Ovoko requirements? The part needs a price, photos, and both a car and a category assigned before it can be listed on Allegro. Update the part with the missing information and try again.
My part shows "waiting for upload"? Photos are still being processed. Wait a few minutes — the option activates once processing is complete.
