Parts stock audit is where parts land when their Allegro listing has been ended — either because you deleted it directly in Allegro, or because Allegro ended it for its own reasons. Setting your Allegro account to vacation mode also triggers this, as it ends all your listings at once.
When a listing ends this way, Ovoko receives a signal but not the reason behind it. To avoid showing parts as available when they may no longer be, Ovoko removes them from the marketplace and places them here for you to review.
How to access it
In the left navigation, under Allegro integration, click Parts stock audit.
What to do
For each part, choose:
In stock — the part is still available. It will be returned to your Ovoko inventory and become visible in the marketplace again.
Not in stock — the part is no longer available. It will be removed from the list.
Click Apply to save your selections.
You can also export the full list using the Allegro parts list button in the top right corner.
