1. General Information

1.1. Competition Name: OVOKO LEAGUE Q4'2026. 

1.2. The Competition runs for five (5) weeks, from 16 November 2026 to 16 December 2026 (inclusive).

1.3. The Competition is available exclusively to Partners who use Ovoko SaaS as their primary platform for adding new parts and operate in the following markets: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Romania. Only Partners who have received an email invitation are eligible to register and participate in the Competition.

1.4. The purpose of the Competition is to increase the number of parts uploaded in order to deliver significant performance growth during the final two months of 2026, giving the Partner an opportunity to win a guaranteed prize or a special prize.

1.5. Each participant will be assigned an individual target for the number of parts added. The target will be determined by an algorithm that takes into account historical sales performance, upload frequency, and the overall level of activity on the Ovoko platform to ensure a fair, data-driven comparison of all participants. The target may not be changed during the Competition.

1.6. Participants must meet or exceed their assigned targets to qualify for prizes. Those who meet the minimum target will receive a guaranteed prize, while the one hundred most active participants who exceed their targets will enter the TOP 100 leaderboard, where they may compete for special prizes based on their final ranking.

2. Registration

2.1. Registration is open throughout the Competition.

2.2. Only Partners who have received an official email invitation to the Competition may register.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1. Only used, unique parts are eligible.

3.2. Repeated parts or duplicate listings will be excluded.

3.3. A part must have a valid OEM code (a part code that identifies it).

4. Competition Process

4.1. Participants will receive periodic updates on their progress (daily updates on business days).

4.2. After the Competition ends, each Participant will be informed whether or not they have met their target.

5. Leaderboard

5.1. A single unified leaderboard will include all Partners from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Romania who are registered for the Competition.

5.2. Participants' results determine ranking positions from 1 to 100. These rankings define the prize tiers.

6. Prizes

6.1. Participants who meet their minimum target will receive an OvokoPack voucher worth EUR 50, valid for 6 (six) months after issued and can be used in OvokoPack webstore.

6.2. Participants ranked from 1 to 100 will receive a special prize defined below instead of the guaranteed prize. The leaderboard consists of prize tiers (tools boxes)as defined below.
 

7. Other Rules

7.1. After the Competition ends, Ovoko will notify each participant of their final status and prize eligibility.

7.2. Ovoko reserves the right to verify uploaded parts and disqualify participants who breach these Competition Terms and Conditions or Ovoko's General Terms and Conditions.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1. OvokoPack vouchers will be sent to the winners no later than 31 January 2027.

8.2. Special prizes will be sent to the winners no later than 28 February 2027.
