Your account manager creates your account and sends you a login link. Every seller has their own login address, in the format yourcompany.rrr.lt. Bookmark it, then log in with the email address and password from your application form. Can't log in? See what to do if you can't log in.
List your first 110 parts
110 parts is the minimum to go live. After that, every part you add is another chance to sell.
The fastest way to list is the mobile app, straight from the photo stand. It can read the part code from a photo and suggest the car and category. See how to install the mobile app and how to create a part listing. You can also list on the web platform: see how to add parts on the web.
Photos and details do the selling, because buyers can't see the part in person. See what makes a listing sell.
Ovoko is a marketplace for used parts. Listing new parts isn't allowed.
Give every part a storage location
When an order comes in, the location tells you where the part is, so nobody has to search the warehouse.
Label each part as it comes in.
Assign it a storage location in the system.
Set up Ovoko Wallet
Ovoko Wallet is how you get paid: your earnings from each sale are paid into it. Ovoko Wallet is rolling out market by market. If it isn't live in your market yet, set it up anyway, so you're ready the day it launches.
Setup is on the Finance page and takes a few minutes.
The company owner or legal representative has to do it.
See how to set up Ovoko Wallet.
What happens next
When all three are in place, tell your account manager. They check your account and activate your listings. Then read how to handle first orders.
