Before you can publish listings on Allegro through Ovoko, you need to configure a few things directly in your Allegro account — shipping price lists, returns terms, and complaints terms. Ovoko reads these from your Allegro account during setup, so they need to exist there first. Without them, you can't complete your shipping rules or Default listing preset in Ovoko, and both are required before any listing can go live.
This is a one-time setup and takes about 15-30 minutes.
Shipping price lists
A shipping price list tells Allegro how much delivery costs for your parts. Buyers see this before purchasing — it's required for every listing. Ovoko also uses your price lists to assign the right shipping option to each listing automatically when you upload parts.
Plan before you create
Ovoko doesn't have a direct shipping integration with Allegro, so shipping is handled on your side — you can use any carrier or solution you prefer, including Ovoko's shipping brokerage, which covers deliveries to Poland. Allegro requires price lists from you: your own shipping prices per delivery method. Parts vary significantly in size and weight, so one price list rarely fits everything — before creating them, think through your inventory in size and weight groups, for example:
Small parts (sensors, switches, mirrors) — lightweight, standard parcel
Medium parts (headlights, alternators, bumpers) — standard to large courier
Heavy or oversized parts (engines, gearboxes, axles) — heavier courier option
To get a realistic idea of shipping costs for each group, go to Shipments → New shipment in Ovoko and enter some test dimensions and weights. Note what each size category costs — this will help you set the right prices in your Allegro price lists.
You'll need a separate price list for each size group. Give each a clear name (for example: "S items", "M items", "L items") — you'll be selecting them by name when setting up shipping rules in Ovoko.
How to create a shipping price list
Go to your Allegro account under My Allegro → Sales → Sales Settings → Delivery Settings and click Add shipping price list.
Select the country you dispatch from. Poland is suggested by default, other countries can be selected by clicking on Country of dispatch field.
On the configuration screen, enter a name for your price list (e.g., "S items"). The name is not visible to buyers, but you'll select it by name in Ovoko.
Under Own contract with carrier, click Adjust and set the delivery price in PLN for your carrier option.
Under Number of labels, choose whether to generate one label per order or multiple labels depending on the number of items.
Click Next, review the summary, and click Save.
Repeat for each size/weight group you identified.
If you're using Ovoko's shipping brokerage, set In advance as the payment method — payment on delivery is not supported.
Returns terms
Returns terms define your return policy for buyers. Allegro requires at least one before you can complete your listing preset in Ovoko.
Go to My Allegro → Sales → Sales Settings → Returns Terms and click Add returns terms.
Fill in:
Name — internal only, not visible to buyers. Use something descriptive, e.g. "General returns terms".
Buyer's ability to withdraw — choose returns possible, restricted, or disabled.
Time to withdraw from the agreement — 14 days is the standard, but it can be anything based on your business requirements.
Return shipping paid by — Buyer or Seller.
Return address — the physical address buyers should send returns to.
Fill in the fields and click Save. You can create multiple sets of returns terms for different product groups if needed.
Complaints terms
Complaints terms define how you handle buyer complaints. At least one must exist before you can complete your listing preset. By law, buyers must be informed of your complaints policy.
Go to My Allegro → Sales → Sales Settings → Complaints Terms and click Add complaints terms.
Fill in:
Name — internal only, not visible to buyers. E.g. "General complaints terms".
Time limit to file a complaint — 2 years is the standard for consumer purchases, but you can add anything here based on your business requirements.
Address for complaints — the physical address buyers should send complaints to.
Fill in the fields and click Save.
Warranty information (optional)
If you want to offer a warranty on your parts, set this up before configuring your listing preset. If you skip it, the warranty field in the preset will be empty and you can add it later.
Go to My Allegro → Sales → Sales Settings → Warranty Information and click Add warranty information.
Fill in:
Name — internal only, not visible to buyers.
Warranty type — manufacturer/distributor or seller.
Warranty period — in months, or select lifetime warranty.
Warranty information (optional) — a description for buyers, e.g. where to find more information or who to contact. If you ship to multiple countries, note that buyers see this in the language you write it in unless you add translations.
Fill in the fields and click Save.
Once these are set up in Allegro, return to Ovoko to continue with How to set up shipping rules and How to set up listing presets.
