Exact measurements of packages and consequences of penalties

We come across cases where sellers enter inaccurate shipment dimensions for various reasons. These discrepancies lead not only to operational challenges, but also to penalties imposed by carriers. It is very important to mention that these fines incurred due to incorrect package dimensions may ultimately be directed at you.

We would like to remind you that you should enter the exact dimensions of the parcels, if you see that the parcel will not fit, let us know.
