We are excited to announce the launch of a new system feature designed to enhance your order management experience, starting today. This feature will automatically update the order status to "Handed to courier" once our system detects that the parcel has been picked up by a courier.
Please be aware that this status change may take several hours as the system processes tracking information. If you find that the status hasn't been updated but you know the parcel has been delivered to the courier, you can manually mark the parcel as "Handed to courier" same as before.
