Update of part labels and storage

Dear all,
We are excited to announce some updates to our warehouse system! Firstly, we have a new label design with a different layout and additional information, which should help with lost data problems and printing of 2 labels. Please note that the new layout is designed for standard 101x58 size labels, so we will not support any smaller labels going forward. You can buy these labels at www.printmark.lt or www.estilita.lt 

Secondly, we've updated the repositories page, including a build page and a page for all repositories. The layout has been changed and users will see more information on the location card. We've also introduced filters to make it easier to find what you need. Follow the instructions below to access the new page. In the future, you will be able to access the new storage page by clicking "All storages".

Lastly, we have made some changes to our part assigning rules. Users have complained that we assign parts incorrectly if a storage is full, so we will now allow assigning parts to full storage and show a notification about it. However, if there is space in the storage, we will assign parts according to the rules.
