System updates 07-27

Hello, there are some important updates in the system, please read the information below.

1. Warehousing system

We inform you that the new warehouse system is being activated for all sellers, this is done to ensure the smooth operation of the system and optimization. We understand that questions may arise during the transition period. If you want to leave a comment about the location of the part, you can use the "Label comment" field.

The location is not yet visible on the orders collection sheet, it is currently being fixed.

2. Returns and Disputes

There have also been updates to the Returns section as of today.
Added two additional reasons, "Damaged in transit" and "Damaged in transit (repackaged)". And the option of uploading photos for more convenient dispute resolution.
If you choose any reason other than "Part not returned" - you must add at least one photo, but not more than five. Photos will ensure smoother and faster resolution of disputes.

3. VAT code check

Also, a new field was added in the orders section for more convenient work with the VIES system. Now when you open an order whose customer is a legal entity, you will immediately see whether its VAT code was valid in the VIES system.
