If you have received a return or other shipment and upon delivery of the shipments by the courier you notice that the packaging is obviously damaged or its contents have been damaged, you need to inform the courier that you want to fill in the packaging damage report.
If you accept a shipment and it does not have damage report, it will be very difficult to dispute the damage.

Also, when sending bulky or expensive shipments, we recommend taking pictures of the package before sending such items.
