- Accept returns in the system only after physically receiving the goods.
- Locate returns under Orders > Returns list on the main page.
- Sellers have 2 business days to accept or reject the return after receipt.
- Carefully inspect returned items and document any discrepancies with photos.
- For disputes, photos or videos of the returned item and packaging will be needed.
- Notify the Ovoko team for any agreed partial refunds to adjust the refund amount.
- Customers can return items within 14 calendar days of receiving them.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be dispatched within 5 working days of registration, with delivery possibly taking up to 14 working days.
- The seller doesn't pay for return shipping; the courier picks up and delivers the package free of charge.
