General settings apply automatically to all your Allegro listings. Set these up before publishing anything.
Go to your Allegro channel and open the General settings tab.
General card
Listing expiration — how long your listings stay active on Allegro before they expire. Until sold is the right choice for most used parts — it keeps the listing live until a buyer purchases it. Other durations (day, week, month) are available if you want to run time-limited offers or test pricing temporarily.
Order handling time — how many days it takes you to prepare an order for dispatch. This is shown on your Allegro listings and buyers use it when deciding whether to purchase.
Upload listings to Allegro automatically — when enabled, any part you add through Single Part Upload is listed on Allegro at the same time. You can still disable this per item during upload if needed.
Show SKU field in Single Part Upload — enables an optional SKU field in Single Part Upload. A SKU is an external reference number, typically used for warehouse management. If you enter one, it will be sent to Allegro when the listing is created. If left blank, Ovoko generates one automatically.
Get email notifications for new Allegro orders — receive an email whenever a buyer places an Allegro order, the same way you do for Ovoko orders.
Automatically generate invoices for Allegro orders — Ovoko sends an invoice to your email automatically with each Allegro order.
Dispatch address card
Enter your warehouse address — where couriers collect your shipments from. Fields: Street name, Building number, Flat number (optional), Postal code, City, Country.
Important to know
Settings apply to new listings. Changes to general settings apply going forward. They do not update listings already published on Allegro.
