From your parts list, you can select multiple parts and apply actions across all of them in a single step. Available actions include updating prices, assigning locations and cars, reserving stock, writing off parts, and deleting.
Step 1: select parts
Go to Parts → All parts in the sidebar, or click All parts in the top bar next to the search.
Choose the parts you want to work with:
Select individual parts — tick the checkbox next to each part
Select a full page — use the page-level checkbox to select all parts visible on the current page
Select your entire filtered set — use the "Select all filtered parts" option in the top right to select every part matching your current filters at once
You can use the tab filters or column filters to narrow the list before selecting — by make, model, category, car, status, price range, or date — but this is optional. The number of selected parts is shown in the top right corner.
Step 2: choose an action
Once you've selected parts, an action bar appears at the top of the list.
Manage price — Update the price across all selected parts. Choose from:
Change price — set a new fixed price (€ amount) for all selected parts
Reduce price — reduce all selected prices by a set percentage
Increase price — increase all selected prices by a set percentage
Then click Proceed to apply.
Assign location — set or update the warehouse/shelf location for all selected parts at once.
Assign car — link all selected parts to a specific car.
Reserve — mark all selected parts as reserved.
Cancel reservation — remove the reserved status from all selected parts.
Write off — mark all selected parts as written off.
Delete — permanently delete all selected parts.
Common use cases
Adjust pricing for a specific make or model. Go to All parts → filter by make and model → select the parts → Manage price → increase or reduce by % → Proceed.
Reprice overpriced stock. Filter by price range → select parts priced above a threshold → reduce price by % → Proceed.
Reserve parts for a specific order or customer. Select the relevant parts (filter by car or category to narrow the list first if needed) → Reserve.
Clean up old or unsellable stock. Filter by date added or status → select → Write off or Delete.
