Introduction
From March of 2024, all new Allegro orders will be found on the “All orders” page under the “Orders” section. The old “Orders” page under the “Allegro integration” section will not be removed immediately to provide the capability to see older historic Allegro orders.
Filtering of Allegro orders
From now on the “All orders” page contains an additional filter that allows to filter orders by a sales channel.
Additionally the “Sales channel” column is introduced to the “All orders” page that shows the channel on which order was made.
Fulfillment of Allegro orders
Preparing and shipping orders
Three steps are required to fulfill Allegro order:
- Start processing -> marks order as in progress on Allegro, buyer can no longer cancel such order. All needed information for shipment, such as recipient contacts, shipping address and invoice data, is shown inside of the order page:
- Add tracking number -> once shipment is prepared and tracking number is received, it must be provided on the system. It then sends this shipment information to Allegro.
- Handed over to courier -> mark order as sent by clicking this button when the carrier picks the shipment. This sets shipment status as SENT on Allegro.
If invoice is required all needed details for invoice creation can be seen inside of the order page under the “Invoice” column.
Canceling orders
If the order can’t be fulfilled, it can be canceled by pressing the “Cancel order” button. In this case all parts from such an order are written off automatically and order status is set to “Canceled” on Allegro.
When the buyer cancels an order
If the buyer cancels the order, parts from that order are moved to the “Parts stock audit” page under “Allegro integration” section.
Orders containing unmanaged inventory
When an order is received that contains items not present on the system it is treated as an order with unmanaged inventory. Unmanaged items are not shown on the order.
In this case the system does not know the exact category of such items and can’t apply the correct VAT rate for it. So it is recommended to fulfill those orders via Allegro. Such orders are marked with exclamation marks on orders list page and additional note is provided on order view page with direct link to Allegro site.
Orders that contain only unmanaged items are not saved and not shown on the system at all.
Settings
Two new settings are introduced on Allegro settings page:
- Enable Allegro order email notification - when a new Allegro order is created, the system sends email automatically to the seller.
- Automatic invoice generation for Allegro orders - allows to disable automatic invoice generation for Allegro orders.
