This article covers editing listings, printing replacement labels, reserving parts, marking parts as sold, write-off and deletion, and customising part card fields.
How to edit a part listing
Open the part.
Tap ⋯ in the bottom-right corner.
Select Edit.
Tap the field to update.
Tap the checkmark icon to save.
How to print a replacement label
If a part has lost its label:
Open the part.
Tap ⋯ → Print part label.
How to reserve a part
Reserving a part hides it from other buyers while held for a specific customer.
Open the part.
Tap SELL at the bottom of the screen.
Select Reserve part.
Add a short note, e.g. the customer's name. Optional but recommended.
Tap Reserve to confirm.
How to mark a part as sold
Open the part.
Tap SELL.
Enter the sale price.
Tap Confirm.
Write-off vs. delete
These are two different actions:
Write-off removes the part from active stock but keeps a record. Use when a part is damaged, lost, or no longer available.
Open the part → ⋯ → Write-off → Write off part to confirm.
Delete permanently removes the part and all its data. Use only if the part was added by mistake.
Open the part → ⋯ → Delete → Delete to confirm.
How to customise part card fields
On the Home screen, tap Parts.
Tap the filter icon in the top-right corner.
Tap Fields.
Select up to 5 fields to display on part cards.
