How do I switch label printing on and off?

By default, labels are printed automatically when a part is created via a mobile app.

However, first, you need to ensure that you have Ovoko Print Hub connected to your seller account. Learn more about it here.

Second, make sure "Automated printing enabled" option is turned on. Go to your Ovoko Partner account, click on your name in the top right part of the screen and then select “My Account” option.

Go to "Printing" tab and check the "Automated printing enabled" toggle. Switch it on if needed and click Save. 

If you have Print Hub set up, to disable label printing:

• Go to Settings → Printing Settings
• Turn off the "Print label when created" toggle
