Yes, you can create a Part without a code using Ovoko Mobile App.
To do create a part without a code:
- Open Ovoko Mobile App
- Tap "Add Part" button
- Within the camera screen tap "Part without code" option on the left side of the screen
- Select a category that you want to add
- Once you do this you will be able to go to the further photographing steps
