How to connect your Allegro account in Ovoko

Step 1: Access the sales channels section

Navigate to the Sales Channels section in your Ovoko dashboard. Here, you'll see all available and currently connected sales channels. Click Activate under the Allegro logo to begin the connection process.

Step 2: Add your login details in Allegro 

To successfully connect your Allegro account to Ovoko, simply enter your Allegro login details when prompted. This step is required to complete the integration.

Step 3: Successful login confirmation

Once you complete the login process through Allegro, you'll see a Success! confirmation message. Click Close to return to the dashboard and begin using the integration.

Step 4: Active connection overview

After a successful connection, your Allegro account will appear under "Active channels." You’ll also be able to access key integration tabs such as Overview, Settings Templates and Connection. From here, you can manage listings, review revenue, and monitor sync status. In the Connection tab you are able to manage your connection and perform these actions:

• Disconnect your account
• Switch to a different account
• Delete the sales channel 

Step 5: Switching to a different account

In the Connection tab, you can choose to Switch Account. Switching accounts will remove current listings and policies but retain general settings. This does not affect any of your listings on Allegro. 

Step 6: Disconnect your account

If you choose to disconnect your Allegro account, Ovoko will stop syncing orders and price updates, but your existing listings and settings will remain unchanged. You can reconnect the account at any time to resume synchronization.

Step 7: Permanent deletion of your Allegro connection

Finally, if you choose to permanently Delete Sales Channel, you will be warned that all Allegro-related listings and configuration will be removed from Ovoko.

• Listings in Allegro itself are unaffected.
• Ovoko will stop tracking and updating them.
• This action is irreversible.
